This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

• Device reservations. If you use a reservation form on this site (for example, to reserve a phone), we collect your name and phone number, plus the store and product you reserved. We use this only to hold your item and text or call you when it is ready.
• Contact inquiries. If you contact us through a form, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message).
• Advertising click data. If you arrive at this site from an advertisement, the page may store an advertising click identifier (such as a GCLID) in your browser's local storage or cookies. This lets us know which ads bring people to our stores so we can improve them.
• Cookies and analytics. This site uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google may use cookies for advertising features.

How We Use It

• To respond to your reservation or inquiry and provide customer service.
• To measure which marketing and store pages are effective.
• To improve the website and the offers we show.

What We Never Do

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your reservation details outside Reliance Wireless except as required for the service you requested.

Third Parties

Our website and analytics use Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads). These services may set their own cookies and process data under Google's privacy policy. Device activation and carrier services are handled in store under Verizon's policies when you choose to activate a line.

Zeus HELIOS and Google User Data

Reliance Wireless INC operates Zeus HELIOS, an internal tool used only by our own employees to manage and report on our own Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile accounts.

What data we access: when an authorized employee signs in with Google, HELIOS accesses the Google Ads account data for accounts we own, including campaigns, budgets, spend, performance metrics, and conversion data. It also accesses our own Google Analytics and Business Profile performance data.

How we use it: we use this data only to report on and adjust advertising for our own retail stores. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Sharing: we do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising profiles or to train generalized AI models.

Storage and security: data is stored on secured company systems with access limited to authorized staff. You can revoke HELIOS's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you can ask us to delete stored data by contacting marketingseo@reliancewireless.net.

Limited Use: Zeus HELIOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your Choices

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, ask us to delete a reservation you submitted, or ask what data we hold from your inquiry. To do any of these, email us at marketingseo@reliancewireless.net or call 610-438-5611.

Opting out of analytics and advertising cookies: you can install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage or turn off personalized Google advertising at https://adssettings.google.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies may change how parts of this site work. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
